  Concord Real Estate / RAAS Real Estate / Mahasti Farshidi - Is probably the worst company / property manager I’ve ever had to deal with professionally on a date to day basis.
  
  To keep it short, The company doesn’t comply with RTA legislation by cutting corners not issuing proper notices. As a result they turn up unannounced to tenants addresses and in several occurrences I’ve personally witnessed - do things that are not only unethical and illegal - but out right rude.
  
  As a business they are money hungry, this comes at the expense of tenants, kicking out long term tenants in pursuit of larger rental returns.
  
  They are currently in serval battles with the RTA. I can honestly only advise against moving into, renting from, or conducting business with them.

  As commonly the case in the service industry it only takes one. Unfortunately Mr Younas Hussain is that one, I would strongly recommend against any dealings with this particular agent for a number of reasons regarding ethics, duty of care and general conduct.

  I'm sure not all real estate agents in the RAAS group are the same but the one I dealt with was certainly the most laid back agent! This is the first real estate agent who wants me to work around her schedule and quite reluctant to meet at places other than her office or the property. During the whole sale, there were no updates and I had to constantly chase her up for documents. She also refused to provide the by laws and disclosure statement at the house inspection and also when I signed the letter of offer. I was told that they will not order the disclosure statement until the proper contract is signed.
